Really good service and prime location

The location is superb. I found it very central to many attractions. my room had distinctive decor. The two-level attic design was a good surprise. the staff were consistently polite. Their attentiveness stood out. cleanliness was perfect. I noticed it throughout my stay.

The minibar prices seemed quite high. I ultimately chose not to use it.

the hotel location near the charles bridge worked for me. my premium double room had good space. the staff was always available. the breakfast was rich with many options.

the hotel retained a deposit for possible damages, it was a slightly awkward procedure.

the hotel location is perfect. i found it safe with the river just in front. it was within 10-15 minutes by walk to almost everywhere. the front office staff are sincere and helpful, a service straight from their heart.

the room lacked temperature control. the bar area was closed , so i couldn't have a late evening drink. the breakfast area felt odd, away from the restaurant seating, a space too small for the guests, a design flaw.

I enjoyed the recently refurbished hotel with its modern and airy feel. the lobby was cute , and the staff provided useful tips. i had a lovely room. It offered a view of the vltava river and the castle. most attractions were nearby. I walked everywhere.

the hotel could improve the temperature control in rooms. my room felt too hot, and i couldn't adjust it. i would appreciate better climate control during my next visit. a working temperature control would.
